George Martin Family

Our expectations were not high at all. However, in less than 3 days Jeff called back with a full price offer. In less than 10 days we had it under contract and closed 30 days later.

I still don’t know how you found it and keeping her in the budget that was amazing! Again, thank you for all your hard work. We’ll continue pass along the referrals. You have certainly earned them in our family! God bless you brother!

Glen Martin - Coppell, TX

Working with Jeff was smooth and easy. He listened and understood exactly what I was looking for in a new home. I had been looking for a good while before I was referred to Jeff, but when we met, it didn’t take him long to find the right place for me.

Our experience in selling and buying a home through Jeff Varnell was by far the best experience we have had with a Realtor. He became our friend, yet stayed professional through the whole process. And best of all, there were no unexpected surprises…thanks

I loved working with Trudy Baade at Coppell Realty. She was so attentive and responsive at all times. This was my first time selling a house by myself and she made me feel so comfortable. Trudy made the process a breeze. She was with me every step of the way. I would recommend Trudy and Coppell Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You will be treated very well.
