The City of Coppell is centrally located in the DFW Metroplex. Coppell is the city that is situated on 14.8 square miles in the most northwest corner of Dallas Co., Texas. It is uniquely positioned in the region and located very near the DFW Airport and major Interstates and Highways, however not congested with traffic. Drive time to downtown Dallas is typically 20 minutes while the international airport is only a 10 minute commute.
Coppell is within a 15 minute drive to recreational lakes Grapevine and Lewisville. There you may fish, ski, picnic or camp.

Coppell is a neat, clean community and made up of mostly young professionals. The city’s total population is under 45,000 and there is an extremely low crime rate with a high quality of life. Coppell’s city and school ratings always rank close to the top of any list published in the Metroplex.
Of course, the main reason the majority of people move to Coppell is our school district. We have one of the finest school districts in the State and possess the highest rating of “exemplary” as given by the Texas Education Agency. The Coppell Independent School District does not serve every home in the city. Some pockets of Coppell are serviced by other school districts, so if schools are an important part of your search when relocating to Coppell, be sure to work with a Broker that has the knowledge and experience and is familiar with the entire city.
Coppell has a family first atmosphere with the lifestyle being really ideal. Here you get a sense of the small town while being close to some really big cities.
